Berry & Coconut Smoothie Bowls

What you'll need:

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 5 tsp greek honey yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2/3 cup water
  • coconut granola
  • 1 banana
  • coconut chips
  • chia seeds
  • mint

How:

  • In a blender, put the frozen berries, yogurt, honey and water and blend until smooth
  • Pour in a bowl and top with granola, a sliced/diced banana, and garnish with coconut chips, chia seeds and mint
  • Drizzle honey over the bowl for extra sweetness
