Sesame Chile Shrimp Stir Fry

I’m all about easy, fast and approachable dinners, this recipe is the exact definition of that! Minimal dishes and a ready made stir fry kit, protein of your choice, grain, and you are ready to go. I made these sesame chile shrimp cauliflower rice bowls with the new Taylor Farms Stir Fry Kits and their Cauliflower Pearls! The new kits are already assembled for you, including the sauce too. Time: 30-40 minutes Serves: 2

Items:

1 lb shrimp
2 cup Taylor Farms Cauliflower Pearls
1 lime squeezed
Taylor Farms Sesame Chile Stir Fry Kit

Shrimp Marinade:

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp garlic
2 tsp sesame oil

Cauliflower Rice:

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Start to marinade your shrimp first in salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and sesame oil, set aside for 15-20 minutes.

  2. While the shrimp is marinading, start to cook your Cauliflower Pearls with a little olive oil on medium-high heat, add in your salt, pepper, garlic and soy sauce, let cook.

  3. After 15-20 minutes of your shrimp marinading, start to grill it first with a drizzle of olive oil on medium high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Once charred, cooked through and crisp, place on a plate.

  4. Take your Taylor Farms Sesame Chile Stir Fry Kit and place your veggies in the same pan, let sauté for about 5-10 minutes, add your shrimp back in and add the Sesame Chile sauce. Sauté until veggies are crisp and cooked.

  5. Serve with your cauliflower rice and enjoy!
